08 June 2015 Query about Defective Return One of my client had filed his e-filing return for Ay 12-13 & 13-14 himself.He made a wrong but big mistake, he enters whole amount of previous year arrears u/s 89 without calculating.As a result both returns goes defective & intimation also arise but he had not given response to it.Now case is transferred to jurisdictional AO. Actually there was no refund in both returns so that's why I want to know what to do.

08 June 2015 well you will have to wait for the AO to send notice. nothing else you can do or may be go and meet the AO.
