Query about capital goods cenvat credit

We are the manufacturer, can we take cenvat credit on capital goods like MS Channel, MS Angle, MS Bars etc.

but how can i prove that we eligible to take cenvat on the this particular items in our "CERA" Audit and EA-2000 Audit.
I mean any notification or any rule to prove it.
