31 August 2013 In case of listed companies listing agreement of stock exchange needs to be followed and complied whereas for pvt co there is no such concept as it not listed on stk exchange.

Overall audit process is same for both companies except the fact that there are certain additional disclosures and formalities in respect of listed companies.
