How does an audit of a Listed company differ from the audit of other companies..?

In case of listed companies listing agreement of stock exchange needs to be followed and complied whereas for pvt co there is no such concept as it not listed on stk exchange.

Agree with the opinion of expert.
Overall audit process is same for both companies except the fact that there are certain additional disclosures and formalities in respect of listed companies.
