can we claim HRA U/s10(13A), Interest u/s 24b & Principle Amount of loan U/s 80C Simultaneously?

Incase a person having own house in the city other than working place then he can claim as per sec.23(2)(b)

Yes you can claim but you must not be residing in your now house for which you want to claim deduction u/s 24(b). Otherwise exemption u/s 10(13A) for house rent allowance shall not be allowed but u/s 24(b) and u/s 80C shall be allowed
