hello sir,
I just want to know whether a B.com. student (regular) is allowed to give CA-IPCC
exams during his college or not provided he starts his articleship after graduation?

yes are allowed to appear for IPCC. but once the articleship starts, you wont be able to continue with regular b.com if the college classes clash with office hours.
