PLS Tell me whether section 271B will be imposed if return filed after due date but tax audit report has been obtained on or before due date.pls provide me any case laws regarding this...

After AY 2013-14- you have to submit tax audit report before due date electronically.
After AY 2013-14- you have to submit tax audit report before due date electronically.
