If you have thought of doing ca it is a good course. It requires a time spend of 4years and hardly you have to put 5hours a day. The institute has designed a good stipend plan so that I can say the course is subisided by stipend and I do not know your family income, hopefully if they are not expecting your income to run the family then you can do this course. Once you comlete this the entire life you can spend happily. There are ample opportunities for CA. 29 January 2009 I dont have any restrictions from my family.I am at full liberty 4m their side to study but I have heard it is very very tough and i dnt have any idea about how to proceed like where to go coachingfor,and which Books to choose,and what methodology should be adopted for study as it is very professional course

14 February 2009 CA is a good course, but really a tough one. What you need is a systematic study with single mind devotion. What I think, once you take admission in this course, your mind start to think about to pass it at any cost. This feeling brings concentration to some extent. rest is the matter of books and coaching etc. If once you join this course, just go to ICAI liabrary for 2-3 days and you will get all the relevant details which will sort out all your doubts and issues.
