DVAT returns are to be filed electronically within 25 days from the close of tax period and hard copy is to be submitted within 28 days. However, for Qtly dealers, the date for Ist qtr has been extended upto 11/08/2012 for efiling and upto 14/08/2012 for submission of hard copies.
