Sir, How can I claim ITC that I have to pay on purchase of carry bags ....the article which has no resale value.

That's not your Purchase of Goods that your expenses. It's Consumable or Packing & forwarding expenses.
You ll be purchasing that carry bag from a RD then you can get ITC. If not you ll be bought from URD, ll be tax under RCM...
