12 December 2014 Abc ltd (due date 30 sep2014) failed 2 file d return. AO completed assessment on 25 dec 2015 nd determine tax 220000 wthout credit for advance nd tds . Abc ltd had paid advance tax of 40000 nd tds 18000. Determine tax payabke under sec.234B A.30000 B, 34020 C.60000 D.78000
