As per recent amendment even regular assessee will file quarterly return. Pls clarify from which date this amendment will be applicable?

Sir from October whether this amendment will be applicable from 1/10 or from 13/10
Also clarify whether tax will be deposit on monthly basis or from October quarterly basis

The Quarterly Return available from October - December 17. It means 1st October...
Payments are based on GSTR 3B return....
