01 June 2017 Assessee who opts composition scheme up to 50 lacs turnover within the state has to file quarterly return in GST.

01 June 2017 Registered person who opt for Composition Levy under section 10 of CGST Act shall be eligible for filing quarterly returns.

01 June 2017 Assessee having turnover up to 50 lacs and trading within the state can opt for this scheme. GST payable at the rate of 1% not to be passed on to buyers.

01 June 2017 ok sir. i am having turnover below 50 Lakh hence i am eligible for composition. pls let me know in composition scheme will only 1% GST be charged in the invoice

01 June 2017 You are not allowed to charge GST. You will pay GST at the rate of 1% of your turnover. You are not allowed to raise tax invoice either. You will issue Bill of Supply instead of Tax Invoice.
