As directors of Private Ltd Co I believe that last date of filing of IT Return is 30/9/15.
Is it correct or only partners in partnership firms whose accounts are audited have 30/9 as their final date. please clarify

Due date (extended) of return filing of DIRECTORS is 31-08-2015.

That extended due date provision is applicable only to partners who are in firms whose accounts are getting audited. Similar option unfortunately is not available to directors.

For Directors, it is 31/08/15, just like other individuals. For partners of firms, whose accounts are audited, it is 30/09/15.
