06 August 2010 FORM 66(NOT HAVING CAPITAL MORE THAN 5 CRORE), FORM 23AC, FORM 23ACA SHOULD BE FILED WITH IN 30 DAY FROM THE DATE OF AGM

FORM 20B SHOULD BE FILED WITH IN 60 DAYE FROM THE DATE OF AGM

06 August 2010 Form 23AC & Form 23ACA for balance sheet & profit & loss a/c be filed within 30 day from the date of AGM and 20B for annual return be filed within 60 daye from the date of AGM.

Incase paid up capital more than 10 lakhs and less than 5 crore then compliance certificate be filed in form no. 66 within 30 days.

Routine forms like form 18, 32, 2 be filed within 30 days of the event taking place.
