07 January 2012 There is a pvt ltd co. which was formed 6 years ago...but after that no actions taken on dis behalf as no dealing...no prt no loss...and ITR was also not filed..there were 3 directors..so i want to know is pros n cons..and further want to know that it we want to carry it further with proper dealing then can we do?

07 January 2012 You should check the status of the company on MCA WEBSITE, if is defunct co. then go for compounding, file all the returns, and regularise the company, if it is working and active then go for CLSS SCHEME AND FILE ALL THE DOCUMENTS

07 January 2012 If u want to regularize the company, you may get the accounts of the company audited and file the annual accounts and annual returns to the Registrar of companies through MCA 21 portal provided the status of the company in company master data is 'active'. If the status of the company is 'dormant' first file e-form 61 and then do the filing of pending forms.
For income tax purpose, u may obtain PAN for the company by filing form 49A of the Income tax Rules,1962. After obtaining PAN and the accounts are audited, the company can file income tax returns for the financial year 2009-10 and 2010-11only ,earlier year's being barred by time.
