PURSUANCE OF TWO REGULAR COURSES SIMULTANEOUSLY

I have a query for my cousin sis.She is a bcom-3rd yr regular student of lucknow university n has given CA ipcc group1 may'10 attempt.Actually, her father got transferred to mumbai and she wanna do her articleship from mumbai as she is confident to clear grp1 this time.But as per the CA regulations, she is not allowed to carry both the courses simultaneously from different cities..

So, could you please help her out from this situation??can she get transferred to mumbai university in 3rd yr or can she postpone her articleshp for 1 yr.??do rply sir, she is really tensed about her carrier.

05 June 2010 Dear our institute does not permit a full time course during the training period hence if your cousin pass his ipcc I group and want to complete b.Com from same university the he should not start training and try to clear his II group.
Alternative she should go to the university & if they allowed transfer to other university than make permission under form 112 with our institute for training & b.com. only if the timing is not matching then institute will allow it.

07 June 2010 after clearing Ist group of ipcc a student get eligible to start his training but it is optional hence she can postpone it.
