I am purchasing some goods in bangalore by Company x and i have requested supplier to ship goods to another address company Y in hyderabad.
can i do that or it have any problem ?

Whether X is indian company or not, you should write.
If X is a indian company, You can do it.
In case X is not a indian cmpnay, there is some import procedure, that You have to follow, but in both the cases it is possible.
