Please explain me about purchases against form c & when we purchases against form c & when we paid cst.

01 April 2013 When you are a dealer in Delhi and purchases goods from Jammu. Then you have to pay tax i.e. Vat in Jammu and if you issue C Form which is known as consessional form you will be charged by CST not with VAT.
