We have Indian Company of Which TWO foreign Dire and One Indian Director.All shares are held by the Foreign Directors.
Now we want to the purchase the ALL Shares of the of Both Foreign Director.
We = Individual (Not share holders of the Company)
Please Guide the Procedure in that regards.
AND the TDS applicable to that.

you can take tfr deed with foreight director. and also confirm that when share was issue to foreign directors
then his shares are not with ADR or GDR.

then co. call shares from ADR or GDR.
and also fema should

21 June 2013 Dear Alpesh,

Register the Share Transfer with the help of Share Transfer Form and also get the approval of the BoD.
The following docs are required
1. Form FC-TRS.
2. CA Valuation Certificate for shares.
3. Consent of Buyer.
4. Consent of seller.

What is the price of the share? Diff between the face value and Transfer value?. Need some details to guide the tds applicability.
