dear madam,
we have received two bills from our supplier after filling the GST return of march 2019 ,
the bills are related to February and March 2019 months respectively, please tell to , can we take the input of the both bills in April 2019 in new financial year.

Yes you can take. The credit on the invoices pertaining to FY 18-19, can be availed upto filing of September'19, GSTR 3B return and not thereafter. (Ref: Sec. 16(4) of CGST Act, 2017)

You can take credit till 20th October 2019 ( Date of return for Sep 2019 ) or filing of Annual Return for 2018-19 , whichever is earlier
As per sub-section (4) of section 16 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (the CGST Act), a definite timeline is prescribed for availing input tax credit on any inward supplies for the previous financial year ending March, 31 (“FY 201X-1X”).
1.2. The said timeline is the due date for furnishing the return for the month of September (under section 39 of the CGST Act) or furnishing of annual return, whichever is earlier.
You can take credit till 20th October 2019 ( Date of return for Sep 2019 ) or filing of Annual Return for 2018-19 , whichever is earlier
