14 May 2011 What is the due date for Publication of Financial Results quarterly /half yearly/yearly. Please also provide legal reference like section no etc.

16 May 2011 Publication of financial results has been mandatory only in case of Listed Companies by virtue of Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement.

As per Clause 41(VI) of the Listing Agreement, Quarterly/year to date/financial results must be published within 48 hours from the conclusion of the Board/Committee meeting held to consider and approve the said financial results in one English daily newspaper circulating in whole India or sustantial part of India and one daily newspaper published in the language of the region where the registered office of the company is situated.
