In case of formation of a public limited co are all atleast 7 subscribers of Memorendum of Associations are to be appointed as the Directors of the Co
If a Co is issuing Pref Share Capital then is the total capital limit ie Equity Share Capital plus Preference Share Capital is to be within the limit of Authorised Capital

16 March 2011 No all subscribers need not be first directors of the company. In case of a public limited company minimum three directors are required.Even a person who is not a subscriber can also be appointed as director.

Yes authorized share capital includes both equity and preference share capitals.

Minimum number of subscribers required to form a public limited company is 7.

Minimum directors required in the case of a public limited company is 3 who can be other than subscribers to MOA.

Authorised Share Capital includes both equity and prefrence share capitals.
