I find your advices or solutions very helpful and easy to understand.

Can I get the procedure of daily compliance procedure after incorporation of a Public Company i.e How to Conduct Statutory Meeting ?
- First BM for Pub. Ltd Co. ?
- Notice for Statutory Meet. and Agenda ?
- and Initial compliance in order to regularize the proceedings of the Co.
