Is it necessary to share fees of both the countries in case of a partnership between an Indian CA and a CA of a recognised foreign professional body??
If no, then provide the source where it is written? ?

Please be specific in citing the example. Where is the deed registered......in India or outside India?....If in India...then what is the query? Fees for the work done by the firm shall be received by the firm and the profit shall be distributed as per the deed....
