You have to complete form 2 of the karnataka profession tax act, and submit the same to your local vat office if you are in business and have already obtained vat no. . If your company is not a registered one under vat act then submit it to the jurisdictional profession tax officer. Depending on your turnover or your receipts you have to decided under what slab you will fall and accordigly you have to pay the profession tax.
