PSU Retirement Leave Encashment

07 November 2020 I am a retired person of PSU sector and having pension from employer , want to know that is there any provision of Income Tax regarding leave encashment at the time of retirement is fully exempted from taxable income...just like Govt employees. u/s 10(10AA) is allowing maximum Rs. 3 lac in considering the least alternatives for other than Govt employees.
Kindly clarify it as soon as possible..
