Does a Pschologist needs to register for GST ?

If the psycologist is covered under following criteria, then no gst will applicable to the psycologist:
1)Practitioner should be registered with any medical council;
2)Practitioner should have requisite qualification to practice;
3) Such qualification should be of any system of medicine recognized in India.
