08 April 2015 I got membership as an ACA with ICAI on 05-Apr-2010 and same date I joined a CA Firm as an employee, also intimated to ICAI. I worked as an employee with this CA firm for 3 months I resigned and after that I took COP on 1-July-2010 and joined same CA firm as a partner.Further, I have retired from the the firm on Jan 01st, 2014 and I have continued practice with my individual firm name since Jan 02nd, 2014. So will these 3 months of my job during 2010 count for 5 years continuous practice? Because where I was doing the job there only I have entered into as a partner of that firm.

Am I become FCA on 05/04/2015 or 01/07/2015.

If I become FCA on 05/04/2015. can I submit Form 3 along with self declaration, Form 6 and DD of Rs Rs6200/- (Admission fess Rs 1800/-+FCA-2200/-+COP-2200/-) after the 05/04/2015.
Any late submission charges, if applicable

08 April 2015 Your Job will not count for continuous practice. You are eligible to become FCA from 01/07/2015. No late submission charges applicable. If you submit late from that date on wards only you become FCA.
