20 February 2011 Provision:- The term 'Provision' is the legal statement proving for something or we can say rules and regulations to which we have to apply as per law.

Of course we have to remember not only the provision but also the context in which the provisions are applicable.

However, word to word reproduction of the provision is not required as compare to the application of its contents, which is more important.
