can a provisonal balance sheet drafted for bank loan purpose be diffrent from the actual one drafted for the same year.

15 May 2013 the balance sheet provided to bank is provisional or proposed (sometimes bases on estimation or expected values), where as the final balacesheet reflects the actual figures/balances.

Hence they may be different.
