I contacted the office they said my records are clear as i have registered for final in 2013.
Please tell me what should I do.
If yes then call them and simply ask why its written provisional...

I called them and asked for the same their replies were vague - write a letter- many are getting the same status- your records are clear in our system. Thats all they said.

stil wait for some more expert views...
because last time also i had seen many cases in which students have completed all formalities.. and stil they getting provisional reg written... but they had given papers and got results on time
