Dear All, Please tell me what are the provision for deducting lower TDS of any assessee. E.g. ; suppose i want to get tds deducted from my income (commission) at lower rate than normal what process do i hv to adopt.

You should apply to your assessing officer in Form No. 13 then assessing officer will issue a certificate for lower/non deduction of TDS.
