Please tell me how to calculate deferred tax (AS-22) and treatment for provision of expenses while there is diff. financial year of company and income tax.

Hey Saurabh,go through AS-22.
Try to understand what is permanent difference and what is timing diff. And try to relate all type of diff. with tax liability of current year as well as with future year.....u will easily understand deffered tax...
