13 November 2010 RESPECTED EXPERTS,

ACTUALLY IN MY IDEA MOBILE PHONE THE VARIOUS MESSAGE ARE TROUBLING ME .

LIKE MANY PROPERTY DEALERS/COMPANIES /ANY OTHER COLLEGES /INSTITUTIONS SENDING MESSAGES TO ME , WHEN I TALKING FROM CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE , THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY CAN NOT STOP THEM.

SIR,WILL YOU TELL ME THAT HOW CAN I TAKE LEGALY ACTION AGAINST THEM HOWEVER THEY MESSAGE SEND ME A 5 DIGHT CODE NOT IN 10 DIGIT MOBILE.

AT THE TIME OF WRITING THIS QUERY A MESSAGE COME ALSO FROM DIGIT NO. 53030

SIR, HOW CAN I GET RID OF THESE SMS, MY FINGER ALSO TIRED TO DELETE MESSAGE FROM MY MOBILE .

you can call up 1909 (Toll Free) from your IDEA phone and register for DND.

Alternatively, for listing/activating DND please SMS “START DND” to 1909 or for un-listing / de-activating DND send “STOP DND” to 1909.

or lodge complaint in TRAI or IDEA it can be solved.

or you can file case on service provider.

13 November 2010 Even I have given some 100+ complaints with Airtel, also with Nodal officer, Nodal Authority....... Nothing is in our favour.......
Simply they say a standard sentence, We will inform to the concerned department all bla bla.......

Thought I have registered with DND Registry, it is not much helpful in eliminating SMSs

I AM FACING SAME PROBLEMS WITH BOTH AIRTEL & RELIANCE GSM ....
IF SOMEBODY HELPS IN GETTING RIDOFF COMPLETELY.......

I have registered with DND Registry, it is not much helpful in eliminating SMS SO FAR.
