22 January 2010 Yes the Accounts of a company can be provided to a director before approval in director's meeting and there is no contravention to any law.

25 January 2010 Agreed with respected Sir there is no violation of any provision in providing accounts to directors before approval as they are important part of organization and have equal right in suggesting things or elements in improving financial status of company.
