Hi,
Please tell me if company is shut down suddenly and then case are pending in labour court then employee can withdraw the money of PF ? If yes then how? if no then why?

If the co. had its own trust, then there will be problem.
But if it is through PF Deptt, then you can apply for refund directly by filling the Form no 10C and 19.
