24 February 2011 Dear Expert,

We have FD Deposit for last 2 yrs back under PF Trust(Exemption).Bymistake Form 15G not submit to bank & tax deducted for the above FD's.

Pl confirm the detail procedure for IT refund..

24 February 2011 Mr, Warrier is right. File IT return and claim refund. Sorry, no other way.

25 February 2011 Dear Expert,

We have already IT return file for that particular years. 26AS check.It is observe the following amount till date not credited.
1)Can we apply bank for to provide letter for me incase suppose bank tds return not file.

Pl suggest in that matter.

16 May 2011 Then ask your bank to file a revised ETDS return. Unless the amount is reflecting in 26AS it will be very difficult to get the refund. You must also provide your PAN number to the bank. IF you have not provided it earlier.
