What is the PF deduction limit of any employee or no deduction , if employee is drawing a basic salary above 6500.00 ? & also what is applicability limit for ITES/BPO firm (Employee Count) ?

02 November 2009 Employee count should be 20 for pf applicability.

If the salary exceeds rs.6500 then for the purpose of pf his salary will be restricted to rs.6500.
