Dear Respected Member,
What is the PF deduction limit of any employee or no deduction , if employee is drawing a basic salary above 6500.00 ? & also what is applicability limit for ITES/BPO firm (Employee Count) ?

Employee count should be 20 for pf applicability.
If the salary exceeds rs.6500 then for the purpose of pf his salary will be restricted to rs.6500.
If the salary exceeds rs.6500 then for the purpose of pf his salary will be restricted to rs.6500.

Agree with expert but if employer wants he can pay PF on higher salary also.

I and would like to add that the same rules are applicable to ITES/BPO also.
