Sir, if employor doest not tell us our PF no. to claim our money which was deposited in PF a/c after termination of service, then what should be done by employer to get his money early and what is procedure to refund money

But these details are mentioned on the salary slip too.
Still if the PF details is not available, you can write a letter to PF commissioner attaching the PF withdrawal forms.
You must enter in the forms as much details as is possible at your end, like name & address of the company / your date of joining / leaving etc.
You can get your bank account details verified by your bank manager on the form.
The PF department will take care of the rest.
