15 May 2013 CAN A COMPANY VOLUNTARILY DEDUCT PROVIDENT FUND OF EMPLOYEES EVEN IF THERE ARE LESS THAN 20 EMPLOYEES (SPECIFIED NO. OF EMPLOYEES) AND THE EMPLOYEES AGREE ???

15 May 2013 Need to apply with the PF commissioner, if application accepted then you can start deduct.

16 May 2013 and can we withdraw deducting pf after registering/applyinf for pf?? or is it then applicable for lifetime ??

16 May 2013 PF withdraw can be done only on retirement or resignation or death.

Normal PF rules apply for voluntary registration also
