03 October 2008 If you want to withdraw the PF money then you have to file the Form 19 and it is certified by the employer.

For withdrawing the Pension fund, you hav to file the Form No. 10C and it is certified by the employer.

Both forms are available in EPFO website.

03 October 2008 the withdrawal can happen only in certain specific cases such as superannuation / retirement or death etc immediately

or if it is withdrawn by a person who has resigned from the services then form 19 needs to be submitted which has certain sets of declaration that is provided by the employee who is signing the same
