Can any one help me for following;
we are partnership firm having 20 employee in Mumbai my question is can we start "Providend Fund" facility to our firm & what is the procesure for that plz help us as soon as possible...

It is far more easier to join the PF under the P F Act than start one of your own

since you reached 20 employees. so mandatory applicablity of PF .You should join
