Dear Expert,
I want to ask one question,
My boss is proprietor in our Firm, now my boss want to open other new firm but they want he will be a proprietor for a new firm..
now my question is, Can one person become a proprietor in different firms?
coz i heard one person can't become proprietor in different firms.....
