WE have reg in central excise in proprietor ship concern, but now we have going for pvt ltd company.No Business premises changed proprietor is become a director
kindly give us what are rules & documents we have to follow the Excise rules

05 April 2013 You will need to get a new registration under Central Excise for your Pvt Ltd Co.

09 April 2013 No, you ll have to get fresh registration because it is a PAN based registration and as you ll be incoporating Pvt Ltd co. you ll have new PAN. You ll also have to surrender current Regn.
