As stated in subject please let me know:

If I mention transporter name along with his company name is correct
for e.g. XYZ (PROP. ABC TRANSPORT CO.)because if we mention only ABC TRANSPORT CO. then it will be a mismatched or invalid data.

14 February 2011 While filling up TDS details in ITR it will be correct to write the name of the Proprietor also for proper matching with Form No 26AS details.

If the TAN No is correctly mentioned with the prop.'s name, then chances of mismatch of
data will be the least or NIL.
