Kindly let me know, if a CA in practice can issue property valuation report(valuation on immovable property ie., land and building). Also give references if any one aware of it.

The article talks about registered valuers. My question is a CA in practice, who is not registered valuer as said in companies act, can issue valuation report on land or building for general purposes like loan etc. Kindly solve
