30 August 2017 Dear Sir/Mam If my client purchase the property, whose guideline is above 60 lacs.. so in this regarding he receive the notice from I.T department or not... Plz tell me

30 August 2017 we cannot tell certaininly that he will receive notice from IT but generally now the department picks at Random High value properties to ascertain the source and is it properly reflected in the returns
