24 April 2012 Property acquired by an Educational Trust at Allahabad UP India...and later it was know that the property is under dispute


Please let me know how the trust can sell the property and the procedure ???

Whether it would require a HC permission or Commissioner of Trust ?????

02 May 2012 You can sale out the property which does not require any permission from any authority just execute the sale deed and deposit the money received in the regular bank account.
