Sir,
I have booked property before 1st July17 and partial payment done.
Now the builder is asking to pay GST on balance payment.
Do i have to pay it.

Yes... Builder is correct way.
You ll be pay GST for the balance amount...

In Esakal, for the same issue article was published not to pay GST who has booked prior to 1st july17.
