19 September 2017 Sir,
I have booked property before 1st July17 and partial payment done.
Now the builder is asking to pay GST on balance payment.
Do i have to pay it.

26 September 2017 Yes... Builder is correct way. You ll be pay GST for the balance amount...

27 September 2017 In Esakal, for the same issue article was published not to pay GST who has booked prior to 1st july17.
I have article, but there is no option of attachment, if you could send test mail, i will able to post the same.
