WHY PROOF OF EXPORT IS REQUIRED
WHO HAS TO ISSUE IT TO WHOM
WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCES FOR NOT GIVING IT
PLEASE GIVE ME CLEAR DETAIS FOR PROOF OF EXPORT
FOR MERCHANG EXPORTING BY MERCHANT EXPORTER FORM ARE-1 IS REQUIRED YES OR NO
IF MANUFACTURER UNDER EXCISE COVERAGE HAS TO FILE FORM ARE-1 FOR EXCISE DUTY FREE ITEM

in india the custom Generate the shipping bill and shipping lines companies Generate Bill of Lading / airway bill.
excise provide incentive to exporter after producing the shipping bill,when exporter produce copy of exchange control copy of shipping bill along with L/C, CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN insurance copy and FIRC then banker Generate the E-brc to dgft then exporter take the incentive as per FOREIGN TRADE POLICY 2013.
compliance of RBI, CUSTOM AND EXCISE IS MANDATORY in this scenario.
