FOR MERCHANG EXPORTING BY MERCHANT EXPORTER FORM ARE-1 IS REQUIRED YES OR NO

IF MANUFACTURER UNDER EXCISE COVERAGE HAS TO FILE FORM ARE-1 FOR EXCISE DUTY FREE ITEM
