WHY PROOF OF EXPORT IS REQUIRED
WHO HAS TO ISSUE IT TO WHOM

FOR MERCHANG EXPORTING BY MERCHANT EXPORTER FORM ARE-1 IS REQUIRED YES OR NO
IF MANUFACTURER UNDER EXCISE COVERAGE HAS TO FILE FORM ARE-1 FOR EXCISE DUTY FREE ITEM

excise provide incentive to exporter after producing the shipping bill,when exporter produce copy of exchange control copy of shipping bill along with L/C, CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN insurance copy and FIRC then banker Generate the E-brc to dgft then exporter take the incentive as per FOREIGN TRADE POLICY 2013.
compliance of RBI, CUSTOM AND EXCISE IS MANDATORY in this scenario.
